Yes. You can request a refund of your registration fee in accordance with the conditions. That means that you have purchased the 12 month package and that you have been registered for 12 months without any result. If you meet these conditions, you can send us an e-mail with your request.

If you do not meet these conditions, it is not possible to refund your registration fee.
