How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe through the “unsubscribe” button in the footer.

Are all properties available?

Yes, we do everything we can to keep the housing offers up to date. Unfortunately, sometimes it might occur that the rental date has expired. We will solve that problem as soon as possible.

Can I update my profile?

Yes, you always have access to your profile for updates.

Do I have to respond using my account? Or are there other options?

You can only respond using your own account. It is not possible to respond in any other way. Requests that are submitted otherwise, will not be considered.

I can’t respond anymore; Help?!

In the case you can log in, but can’t respond, your account is probably suspended. You need to purchase a new membership to give your account full rights to be able to respond.

How do I get a refund?

When you purchased a six month package and those six months have passed, you can ask for a refund of your registration fee. Please fill out the “unsubscribe” form and we will take care of it.
