Duration of the agreement: By a one-time payment of €19,99, €29,99 or €39,95, a 1 month, 3 month or 6 month agreement is made. The agreement stops automatically after 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Refund of the registration fee applies to the 6 month package. To claim the refund, you need to be registered for 5 months without having found any rental property through Rentwebs24.

Article 6b:

Cancellation of the agreement: canceling a purchased product is not possible. Legal withdrawal as determined in the Distance Selling Act is not applicable on the products purchased through Rentwebs24. That is because a paid account is a time-bound product. Therefore, the time of use is limited, from the moment of purchase until the term in which it expires.

Article 7:

Applicant and provider: Rentwebs24 is not a party in possible agreements between applicants and providers. For that reason, Rentwebs24 does not have any control over quality, safety, legality, or competence of applicants and/or lessors, or the correctness of data. Our services are only accessible to persons that by Dutch law are able to close legally binding agreements.

Personalia: Rentwebs24 is not responsible for the updating of (personal) data of its registered users. This is the responsibility of the user.
